			<description><![CDATA[<br/><div class="content_max_width"><strong>Various Departments</strong><br /><br /> The John Molson School of Business at Concordia University is seeking qualified applicants for visiting positions and limited-term appointments starting August 15, 2012. Positions may be available in the following areas: <br /> 
<ul>
<li>Accountancy</li>
<li>Decision Sciences and Management Information Systems (Applied Statistics: Data Mining, Predictive Analytics, Supply Chain Operations Management, Business Intelligence)</li>
<li>Finance</li>
<li>Management (Entrepreneurship, OB/HR, Contemporary Business Thinking, Business Law and Strategy) </li>
<li>Marketing (Please note: The deadline for applications for positions in the Department of Marketing has been extended to April 25, 2012)<br /></li>
</ul>
<b><br /> Qualifications are as follows:</b><br /> 
<ul>
<li>Applicants for visiting appointments require a PhD and a strong record of research and teaching </li>
<li>Applicants for limited-term appointments in Accountancy should hold a professional accounting designation or a graduate degree (Master's or PhD) </li>
<li>Applicants for Business Law must have a Canadian law degree along with current practical experience </li>
<li>Applicants for all other limited-term appointments should have a graduate degree (Master's or PhD) </li>
</ul>
<br />Successful candidates will be responsible for teaching courses at the undergraduate, MBA, MSc or PhD levels. Salaries are competitive and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Applicants for visiting positions will be expected to teach and be active in research. Applicants for limited-term appointments will be expected to teach up to seven courses per annum. <br /> <br /><strong>Application procedure:</strong><br />Send applications, including a curriculum vitae, a statement of teaching
