Devasheesh Bhave

Assistant Professor, Department of Management

Dev Bhave joined the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University in 2008 after completing his PhD at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. Dr. Bhave’s research spans issues related to the employment relationship. His current research interests focus on electronic performance monitoring, specifically related to performance and job design issues. Dr. Bhave is also interested in processes related to emotional regulation in the workplace and its relationship with individual monetary and non-monetary outcomes. His research is published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology.
