Mélanie Briand

Full-time Lecturer, Department of Management

Mélanie Briand holds a Master of Science in Administration (MSc) from the John Molson School of Business. Specialized in organizational behaviour, she developed and delivered workshops in human relations for several organizations in the Montreal area.

Her topics of interest include human relations, the relationship between leaders and employees, as well as the impact of that relationship on employees’ psychological well-being and motivation. Mélanie has previously taught at ENAP (École Nationale d’Administration Publique) before joining JMSB.
