Saif Ullah

Assistant Professor, Department of Finance

Saif Ullah joined John Molson School of Business in July 2008. He completed his PhD from University of Alberta in 2008. He has a BA (Mathematics and Statistics) from University of the Punjab, a Master in Public Administration degree from Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad and an MSc (Finance) degree from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. He has worked in banking sector for three years.

He was nominated for the Robin Cosgrove Prize for Ethics in Finance in 2007. His research interests are in corporate finance, corporate governance, ethics and finance, market microstructure and financial institutions. He has won best paper by a PhD student award at Northern Finance Association (2005) and has presented his work at Financial Management Association Annual Meeting (2008).
