Admissions

To be eligible for the program, applicants must:

  • have successfully completed all required Year 1 courses by April 2011 (COMM 215 – Business Statistics and COMM 217 – Financial Accounting should preferably be completed by December 2010)
  • expect to graduate no earlier than May 2013
  • have a strong academic record (e.g. minimum CEGEP CRC score of 28 and University GPA of 3.5)

Once accepted to the program, KWPMP students are expected to:

  • maintain a minimum GPA of 3.5 in the program
  • take FINA 455 I – Applied Investments and FINA 411 - Portfolio Management within two years.

KWPMP students are encouraged to successfully complete the Canadian Securities Course before September of the second year in their degree program.

Application Submission

The annual recruitment season for new KWPMP students starts mid-October. Applicants are interviewed in November and December and final selections are made by the beginning of January.
