- Elective courses outside of JMSB
Visiting international students are invited to take any course within the JMSB, provided there is space available in the course. As a rule, visiting students cannot register for courses where only one course section is available for the term in question. Therefore, they should choose courses that offer two or more sections during the term that they will be spending with us.

Please note:
- JMSB has no jurisdiction over Economics courses (ECON), which are part of the Arts and Science Faculty
- COMM 315 cannot be taken for credit abroad
Many visiting international students opt to take elective courses within the Arts and Science Faculty (language courses, history, sociology, etc.). Visiting international students are invited to take any course that does not have pre-requisites, provided there is space available in the course. If a course has pre-requisites, visiting student must speak to the appropriate department representative to request special permission to register for that course.
