Marketing

Concordia's Largest Co-op Program

Established in 1995, the Marketing Co-op Program has grown to become one of the largest in the university. Our graduates have gone on to successful careers in such areas as product management, advertising, public relations, sales, event management, fundraising, fashion, direct marketing and online marketing. Many have become entrepreneurs and have launched their own enterprises. What is particularly rewarding is that former Marketing Co-op students are now hiring current Marketing Co-op students for co-op work terms.

Student Testimonials

"My work term also made me realize how much responsibility I had. Also, every marketing decision went through me. It was often required that I give my opinion and thoughts on different promotions and I believe that was a great way to learn!"
Vanessa Dana Ventura, Boston Pizza International

The work term really opened my eyes to the variety of jobs that are in the field of marketing and in being exposed to these various areas I have been able to gain a lot of hands-on knowledge and experience.
Elena Trigiani, The Terry Fox Foundation

"I think I learned more about where I want to be in the future, what type of company I fit in at. I found it to be very in tune with my creative side and the freedom that they trusted me with only made we want to work harder to impress them."
Marlee Siverstein,  Autodesk Media & Entertainment
