Once again this summer, Concordia University will participate in  Pedal for kids, a fundraiser for The Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation on Tuesday, June 14, 2011. Dean Sanjay Sharma, staff and faculty members from John Molson School of Business will be joined by members of Concordia's Human Resources department. The communal bike will set-off from Atwater Street at 10 a.m.

Funds raised by the team will allow The Montreal Children's Hospital to purchase state-of-the-art equipment and fund special projects that are of great importance to sick children.

Last year, Concordia's team raised $16,000. Participants are counting on the community to show their support and beat last year's record. So far, $8,600 have been raised (as of June 1, 2011).
