| Elmira Osouli received her B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic University) in 2005 and MSc in Information Technology Management from Allameh Tabataba`i University in 2009 both in Tehran, Iran. Her MS thesis was about Business Process Reengineering and the published paper in Business Process Management Journal is the result of her thesis She has four years of work experience on designing and developing the Management Information Systems (MIS) in Mahab Ghodss Consulting Engineering Company in Iran. In addition, she has completed many projects for Human Resource Department of the same company. Her main research interest is Individual impacts of information systems. |
