As an academic and professional perfectionist, Raghid (MBA, BSc) has spent the last eight years of his life demonstrating that he is able to tackle challenges and triumph over them in both academia and the work place. As a chemist he’s written many papers on emerging technologies and techniques; as a teacher he has developed several students into highly successful graduates; as a graduate research assistant, he participated extensively in the research process and worked on several projects some of which have been published and others are in their final proofing states. Raghid is not only mentally talented, he’s also an athletic human being who enjoys life and is full of ambition and drive.

MBA graduation project entitled “The Role of Emotional Intelligence in Determining Factors of Job Satisfaction and Work Environment. An Empirical Study in the Lebanese Service Industry” researched and discussed the relation between Emotional Intelligence and several facets of Job Satisfaction, and Work Environment in the a developing country.
