Welcome Message

A Bakr Ibrahim Since welcoming our first group of students in September 2009, our Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (GDBA) and Graduate Certificate in Business Administration (GCBA) programs have already grown to offer a more flexible schedule as well as unique partnerships with two Montreal institutions.

In 2010, the John Molson School of Business (JMSB) and the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI MUHC) partnered to establish a program to provide business training to science graduate students and researchers. This new partnership – a first of its kind in North America – is opening new doors for science graduates and represents an exciting new collaboration between the two institutions. Furthermore, in March 2011, JMSB and the Université de Montréal’s Faculty of Law signed a partnership to encourage interdisciplinary studies and to foster inter-institutional collaborations. This new exchange program provides graduate business education to law students and graduate law courses to business students.

Our GDBA and GCBA programs offer you the opportunity to acquire graduate-level business skills; they were designed specifically for non-business graduates.  Not only will the GDBA or GCBA compliment your background and take you further down your path to your future career, but it will open your mind to new perspectives.

I invite and strongly encourage you to visit our campus, and meet students, faculty and staff to get a better feel for what our world-class, career-enhancing programs have to offer. If you live in Montreal be sure to attend our regularly held information sessions to hear more about the courses and the professors. If you prefer, you can also book a one-on-one appointment with a member of our recruitment team. If you are living outside of Montreal, be sure to look closely at our complete website. We have presented the program in very unique ways, with special videos from our admissions people and from the professors teaching the courses.

We very much look forward to welcoming you! If you’re ready for a challenging and pioneering learning experience, apply today!
