The EMBA program is designed to help current and future executives develop competencies in aspects of business that are beyond their current areas of expertise. The academic content, faculty members, course assignments, and the wealth of cohort experiences create a developmental laboratory setting that is ideal for preparing management professionals to assume increasingly responsible roles.

A primary goal of our program is to cultivate the skills, traits, and approaches that are essential to successfully assuming an executive role in any organization. The strategic mindset, global vision, and problem-solving methodology emphasized throughout our curriculum, along with the focus on developing and strengthening "soft skills" (i.e. communication, interpersonal relations, teamwork, delegation, conflict management, negotiation skills, etc.), prepare our students to successfully assume leadership roles in any organization.

The ability to succeed in a top-tier EMBA program while continuing to carry out corporate (and personal/family) responsibilities is, in itself, a strong indication to senior management of an individual’s ability and readiness to assume additional responsibilities within their organization.
