Sales Leadership Program

What Will You Do In This Role?

For the first 6 months, you’ll become fully immersed in the business as a Route Sales Representative (RSR), learning to manage inventory, work with customers, merchandise, build displays, execute sales strategies, and implement promotional events.  Once you have experienced the RSR role, you will work on critical projects that impact our sales organization and will help develop your leadership skills. Next, you will move into the phase of developing skills that will prepare you for our District Sales Leader role.

What Are We Looking For?
• Bachelor’s degree & bilingual in French & English
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in working outdoors and in varying temperatures.
•  Hold a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record
• Collaborative team-player with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach
