Call for Participants

Following a very successful inaugural consortium in 2011, the Family Enterprise Research Conference (FERC) is pleased to announce its second doctoral student consortium as part of the 2012 FERC (May 11, 2012) hosted by the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.

Objectives

Program

The consortium will include presentations and discussions on a range of topics related to family business research and education including: appreciating the distinctive nature and challenge of family business research, strategies for conceptual bridge-building from mainstream management disciplines toward family business, possible funding sources for family business research, the special challenge of publishing family business research and teaching family business courses.
