Raymond Paquin
Assistant Professor, Department of Management
Raymond Paquin joined the management faculty at the John Molson School of Business in June 2008. His research focuses on micro-processes of institutional and organizational change; interorganizational relations; and social networks primarily around issues of the natural environment and sustainability. Raymond's research has been presented at international conferences such as the Academy of Management, International Society of Industrial Ecology, and Organizational Knowledge, Learning, and Capabilities; and he has published book chapters on the intersection of business and the natural environment.Before coming to JMSB, Raymond taught undergraduate and MBA courses at the Lundquist College of Business-University of Oregon and the Boston University School of Management. Raymond earned a doctorate in organizational behavior with a concentration on strategy from Boston University School of Management, an MA Ed from Virginia Tech, and a bachelor of music from North Carolina School of the Arts.
