Frank Crooks
Director of the John Molson Executive MBA Program & Lecturer, Department of Management
Frank Crooks joined Concordia University in 1987 and teaches a variety of Business Law and Ethics related courses. He has been a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar Association since 1985 and of the Law Society of Upper Canada (Ontario) since 1991. As an attorney he practices corporate commercial law, specializing in business incorporation, acquisition, leasing and franchising and works extensively with entrepreneurs and start-up businesses. He holds LLL and LLB law degrees from the University of Ottawa, an MA in Educational Studies from Concordia University and a BCOMM in Marketing from McGill University.
