Alexandra Panaccio
Assistant Professor, Department of Management
Alexandra Panaccio joined the John Molson School of Business in 2011, after completing a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Illinois-Chicago. She holds a PhD and an MBA degree from HEC Montreal, as well as a law degree (LLB) from University of Montreal. Alexandra’s research focuses on leadership, workplace commitment, retention, performance, and employee well-being. Current projects include an examination of the manifestations and impact of servant (selfless) leadership behaviors, specifically with regards to employee commitment, motivation and well-being. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed journals, including Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Vocational Behavior and Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, as well as in book chapters and other outlets.Selected Research
