If you have a JMSB FirstClass account and you are a first time user, please download and install the FirstClass software (Client). First Class Help will provide you with a list of tutorial videos, including a guide on how to install the software.

Alternatively, you may access the system by logging in. Please note that the Web interface is less user-friendly than the Client interface and, therefore, we recommend that you install the FirstClass software (Client) on your computer.
