Emanuela Chemolli

Post-Doctoral Student, Department of Management

Emanuela Chemolli completed her PhD in Psychology of Organizations at the University of Verona, Italy. She received the national award 2009 from AIP - Ordine degli Psicologi (Italian Psychologists Association) as the best PhD dissertation concerning psychologist applied to significant topics. She is currently a postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Management of the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University.

Her research interests revolve around organizational behavior, specifically motivation at work, commitment and leadership. In Italy Chemolli is working as a trainer/consultant for public institution (hospital, municipality). Prior to her academic career, she was a teacher in a primary school and afterward she worked in a Provincial Institute of Educational Research and Experimentation.
