Please join us and welcome Lee Pomeroy, Vice President, National Sales, Wealth at TD Mutual Funds.

Mr. Pomeroy will give insights into how YOU CAN be an effective leader in a major bureaucracy. Theme and content are based on the book "It's Your Ship: Management Techniques from the Best Damn Ship in the Navy".

Throughout his 36 years with TD Bank Financial Group, Lee Pomeroy has proven to be an energetic and inspirational leader who is known for his passion for sales, his collaborative communication style, and his desire to develop, motivate and mentor people. Lee is responsible for the sales of TD Mutual Funds in the Financial Planning, Discount Brokerage and the Direct banking sectors.

Prior to his current role, Lee held a variety of Sales Management positions, including 25 years in National Sales & Sales Support. He has also worked in such diverse areas as Automated Banking Services, Cash Management, TD Payroll Services and TD Trust - Corporate and Institutional Services.
