The John Molson School of Business (JMSB) Career Management Services (CMS) philosophy is based on value creation to help students and alumni reach professional success. The CMS team is also dedicated to building sustainable relationships with our partners in the business community.

We proactively coach our students to enhance the necessary skills to build one’s confidence and to effectively navigate today’s complex and competitive marketplace. We develop key strategic alliances with our alumni community, our faculty members, our Concordia University executive, and other business schools across Canada, to stay abreast on current industry trends and employer needs.

	Claudio Ciampanelli, Department Assistant Career Experience: Actively pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the John Molson School of Business, Claudio has a combined 7 years of customer service and supervisory experience in the retail, manufacturing and public education sectors. Fluently trilingual and formerly a Career Management Services Peer Advisor, Claudio has received training in various areas of the job recruitment and job search process. 	Nancy Clarke, Career Advisor - Undergraduate Programs Career Experience: Nancy has worked as a Career Advisor for the JMSB CMS for over six years. She has ten years of work and management experience in the hospitality, service and retail industries, has traveled extensively over an 18-year period, and worked overseas for four years. Education: Bachelor of Administration and Commercial Studies, major in Organizational and Human Resources, University of Western Ontario; Hospitality Management Certificate, Concordia University. Nancy is currently in the process of completing a Graduate Human Resource Management Certificate and working toward her CHRP designation. 	Shelly Elsliger, Career Advisor - Undergraduate Programs Career Experience: Shelly has over twelve years experience as a career development specialist. Shelly is a certified Professional and Personal Coach (PPCC) and a LinkedIn Trainer.  Shelly is the Co-founder and Program Manager for the JMSB Sustainable Internship Program (SIP); a joint program with the David O'Brien Centre for Sustainable Enterprise (DOCSE). Shelly also coordinates and manages the LinkedIn Workshop Series. Shelly is also a published Author, a Lead Fellow (LEAD CANADA), and on the Board of Directors for the John Molson Sustainability Group (JSG) Education: BA in Educational Psychology, University of New Brunswick; Diploma in Education (TESL), Graduate studies in Educational Technology, Concordia University; Professional and Personal Coaching Certification (PPCC), Concordia University, and presently completing a graduate certificate in Leadership at McGill University. 	Mai-Gee Hum, Director Career Experience: Mai-Gee joined JMSB in 2007 as Associate Director of Recruitment, Graduate Programs, and developed effective student recruitment strategies and program awareness campaigns. Until recently, Mai-Gee was JMSB's Communications Officer. In that role, she contributed to branding efforts through increased media presence and the creation of compelling communications materials to showcase JMSB's research and academic excellence.
