The John Molson School of Business (JMSB) Career Management Services (CMS) philosophy is based on value creation to help students and alumni reach professional success. The CMS team is also dedicated to building sustainable relationships with our partners in the business community.
We proactively coach our students to enhance the necessary skills to build one’s confidence and to effectively navigate today’s complex and competitive marketplace. We develop key strategic alliances with our alumni community, our faculty members, our Concordia University executive, and other business schools across Canada, to stay abreast on current industry trends and employer needs.

Shelly Elsliger, Career Advisor - Undergraduate ProgramsCareer Experience: Shelly has over twelve years experience as a career development specialist. Shelly is a certified Professional and Personal Coach (PPCC) and a LinkedIn Trainer. Shelly is the Co-founder and Program Manager for the JMSB Sustainable Internship Program (SIP); a joint program with the David O'Brien Centre for Sustainable Enterprise (DOCSE). Mai-Gee Hum, Director
Career Experience: Mai-Gee joined JMSB in 2007 as Associate
Director of Recruitment, Graduate Programs, and developed effective
student recruitment strategies and program awareness campaigns. Until
recently, Mai-Gee was JMSB's Communications Officer. In that role, she
contributed to branding efforts through increased media presence and the
creation of compelling communications materials to showcase JMSB's
