JMSB Offers Spirited Performance at Royal Roads

JMSB students Michael Bellows, Michel Berger, Julien-Pierre Bolduc and Shireen Salehi, offered an impressive, energetic performance and presented the judges with very strong and realistic solutions
The four students who represented Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business (JMSB) at the Royal Roads University International Undergraduate Case Competition returned with their heads held high. The weekend-long event, which featured 19 teams from universities across North America, was held between March 30 and April 1.

The JMSB team of Michael Bellows, Michel Berger, Julien-Pierre Bolduc and Shireen Salehi, offered an impressive, energetic performance and presented the judges with very strong and realistic solutions.

The competition consisted of two phases. The preliminary round required teams to make three presentations in two days, the performance of which determined which teams would qualify for the final round. Only three would make it to the finals.

The final standings were:
  1. University of South Carolina
  2. University of Prince Edward Island
  3. Royal Roads University

Thanks to lead coach, Thomas Horvath and his aide, Haig Tachejian, for their dedication to leading the team through a challenging competition.

The John Molson Competition Committee would also like to extend a special thanks to Head Coach and Advisor to the Competition Program, Mark Haber, for his commitment and his contribution to the program.

The Committee would also like to thank its exclusive sponsor Pfizer Canada for their support of the competition program.
